Through the development of the Person-Centered Plan (PCP), providing meaningful activities of choice is one of the many meaningful qualities for a successful day. This service is provided for engagement, solely supported in the community. This community-based service facilitates participation and membership with others that have mutual activities of interest.  Positive growth and development of skills and social supports are necessary to gain, retain or advance in gainful employment. This service is an introductory factor to such achievement through volunteerism.
